Payment is always due in full at the time of treatment. Any queries relating to the cost of treatment should be discussed with the vet during the consultation. Wherever possible the vet will provide you with an estimate of costs for your pet’s planned course of treatment.

OUR VETS WILL DISCUSS COSTS WITH YOU IN YOUR CONSULTATIONS WHERE POSSIBLE TO ENSURE WE ARE WORKING WITHIN YOUR BUDGET.

ALL MEDICATIONS MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT OR COLLECTION, AND ALL SURGERIES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

IN CASES OF EMERGENCIES, WE REQUIRE 50% UPFRONT OF THE ESTIMATED TREATMENT COST.

PET INSURANCE

Any claim forms submitted to the practice may take 2-3 weeks to process unless otherwise stated. Direct claims MUST be preapproved and an insurance agreement signed before your pet obtaining treatment. This will only be agreed for an amount of £1000 or above.

Where possible we will need a pre-authorisation from the insurance company prior to any treatment.
